Hamilton Wetlands Project

My latest photographic project was a field trip to the Hamilton Wetlands, a restored freshwater and esturine wetlands area nestled along the northwest edge of San Pablo bay. At 2600 acres this new public nature area is the result of reclaiming historically exhausted farmland and restoring it to how the Coast Miwok people might have seen it over two-and-a-half centuries ago.
